Q1. How many days after I buy something can I return it?

For Marble, Granite, and Vitrified tiles, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of these products. However, for selected items, you can raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Q2. How do I raise an exchange request?

For applicable products, follow these steps:

  1. Mention your order ID and send a photograph of the package to
  2. We will arrange for a pick-up of the product at no cost to you. Please ensure the product is unused with all tags intact.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, we will offer you an exchange or store credit as per our policy.

Q3. What products are eligible for exchange and returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Marbles
  • Granite
  • All kinds of Tiles
  • Items purchased during sales Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:
